Background: Approximately, 272 million international migrants are living away from their homeland, accounting for 3.5% of the world population. Migrants are prone to experience hardship in settling permanently into their new land, including employment, culture, language, education, government policies and new healthcare systems (Wechkunanukul, Grantham, & Clark, 2014). Interestingly, about
