Personal Leadership Philosophy

A philosophy of personal leadership refers to the values, ideals and feelings of an individual that he uses to lead a business or company. My own theory of personal governance depends on my nature and values.

I think I am ideally suited for decision-making and team leadership. I want to inspire and take action. I will teach my team and take steps to address the company’s needs.

When times are tough, the other aspect of leadership I believe is significant. In tragic situations, leaders are the authority. I believe that they must be the first to react, the first to react, the last to stop functioning. Unfortunately, these conditions are the most important for you staff. They are lost and confused and need a strong leader. Leaders have to act and inspire others to persevere and to cope with these times.

Leadership Quotes

Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again. Nelson Mandela (Source inc.com)

My theory of leadership relies on the people for whom I work. As a boss, I think you must be a chief, not above your staff, by interacting with. In doing so, you demonstrate that you are part of the team to your staff. I think that a manager who functions as a different person is the managers who don’t see their employees’ full potential.

A manager isn’t always a leader; it is the way his/her workers are concerned that determines whether they are a leader. They’re not a leader if their staff don’t consider them. Reference to the quote from Nelson Mandela. I believe that it is crucial to allow the staff to thrive and challenge them. They would get bored and uninterested in their tasks, if this is not achieved. Leadership does not always lead, it provides support and a way of getting better workers. As a safari guide, I think of a right leader. They are the individual on the front of the group and they show the group where they can go and the sights to see.

Vision and Mission

The vision and Mission of my life is to open a self-financed business which is based on IT industry.

Goals and Plan

My short-term objectives in this class and my two other classes are to reach a high 80s grade (independent studies and music). I want to go to University after high school to become one of three things; a civil engineer, software engineer or work in physics and astronomy. These three sectors have been my priorities over the years. My mission at the University is to make new friends and networks with people. Social and technical are part of this goal. I have to network effectively and firmly to develop opportunities in the future to achieve a career after the school. I’ll do this by participating in groups and schools.

Personal Leadership Development

My characteristics of leadership can be divided into personality, philosophy, and characteristics. I describe my character as showing extraversion, consent and awareness. As a chief, I feel like I’m out and speak to my staff and work together with them. This is accompanied by conviction. You have to be pleasant to speak and interact with people else no one would want to work with you. I’m really pleasant and I like “going to the stream.”

I think I’m a Y-manager theory. I trust the people with whom I work and that changes only after I’ve proved myself wrong. As a boss, I would do my best to find the best job for every person I managed to get the best from and employee. I still have good faith in Robert House’s theory of contingency path-goal leadership. This principle proposes that leaders explain how their supporters will achieve personal and business goals. It specifies that a leader helps followers along these paths by defining objectives, eliminating obstacles and rewards. There are four different approaches to the leadership path-goal process within this contingency theory. I think I’d use participatory leadership out of these four. Participatory leaders meet with their supporters and use their recommendations to take decisions. I think I’d be such a leader because I’m a leader who likes to form a team. If I am not involved in achieving the dreams of my fans, I do not believe I have done my work.

A set of eight characteristics that defined a good leader are: drive, autonomy, design, creative abilities, knowledge about the job, enthusiasm, versatility, honesty, and integrity, Shelley Kirkpatrick and Edwin Locke defined. I feel that I have driven, determination, versatility, fairness and integrity out of these 8 characteristics. I’m a strong driver and I get what I need to do with encouragement. Even if these methods are considered unorthodox, I find ways to function effectively. I’m versatile and change-friendly. When problems happen, I’ll find a way to get the best out of the situation and get the best out of it. Honesty and dignity, I try to function. I am a true believer, and I know that they will be honest with me if I am honest with my employees. Additional aspects such as self-confidence, imagination, cognitive skill and work-related skills include all the areas I want to address and the areas in a leadership situation to be improved.

Management Skill

The four management roles include planning, management, control and organization. These abilities grow in your day-to-day life, whether at school, in your day-to-day job or at work. You are testing your management and leadership.

We had several opportunities during this class to demonstrate and use our management skills. During Jack Rankin’s Community Presentation at Unit 2 one activity remains in my memory. We had to build a bridge with tape, popsicle sticks and string as a community challenge. The bridge party that has the greatest benefit. The challenge was not to speak to particular community members. I might speak to others as group leader, but nobody but my co-leader could talk to you. We had time to schedule our construction at the beginning. My co-leader and I have built a design and a range of tools to construct our bridge. Then I had to plan the construction, communicating what to get, what to do and how to do it to my builders and suppliers. The tower building competition to try to hold a marshmallow using spaghetti tested my management expertise. One other activity. I had to coordinate my group members at the beginning of the task by asking every person what they should do and what tools they would need. After our team and resources had been assembled, we had to do it.

My duties around the shop, as a senior associate of Mark, were built from where I was when I began. We will have a shift leader and 2 or 3-part time timers during a daily shift. Our final cleaning tasks include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and hanging. Our shift leader closed the tills and fed up the night during this time. I am responsible as the most important timekeeper for delegating cleaning tasks and for ensuring they are completed. It is my duty. Based on what they did in previous days and what they did during the day, I have to monitor Who does what. This ensures everyone gets a good deal of work.

I had the ability as a music student at school to learn and play new and previously played instruments. The Red Kings band had one chance in the Arden Park hotel early in the morning. I’ve been the keyboardist for our gig. I never performed before with a band and it was difficult to arrange my parts and solos. As a claw player, I was a guitarist’s backup and played melodies that worked well in contrast throughout the songs. To prepare, I learned every song and found different ways to make it more interesting, so I could change my part.

Each of these experiences has helped to develop my management skills. While I wasn’t called a camp advisor or piano instructor to learn my skills in management, the events and stuff that I did when keeping those titles worked and tested my management skills. In particular, the course of Business Leadership targeted these skills to further strengthen them and build better managers.

Global Competencies of Effective leader

1. Appreciation and awareness of cultural diversity – As companies in foreign countries open production facilities or distribution centers, corporate leadership needs to take account of cultural traditions and regional values in the field.

2. Inclusiveness – The promotion of an inclusive and collaborative climate will enhance innovation leadership. The alternative is to give a selection of representatives the majority of decision-making, thus eliminating external input and feedback. An inclusive leader values input and ideas, especially for those who have different viewpoints than his own.

3. Flexible Approach – The ability, when taking into account cultural differences, to express ideas and guidelines in a simple and succinct way can cause or rip a manager. An successful leader must be versatile and change his strategies and strategy while continuing to manage an area and lead the company in the right direction. Adapting rapidly to a variety of market issues is crucial to a global leader.

Reflection

I think my style of leadership is a relationship in human terms. This is a reflection of my leadership philosophy. I believe that my staff will work gladly and collaborate more with me if I am looked after. I believe. Building a good relationship between employees is important to me and, if completed, I suppose my company will be running smoothly. I can be a charismatic leader by using this kind of leadership. I would have to grow my personality, as a charismatic leader, where my staff are present and comfortable to work with me.
