  • Write a 2-3 page (500-750 word) memoir that adheres to MLA Requirements.

Guidelines:

✓ A memoir is not fiction; thus, strive to tell your story honestly. If it is allegorical, it is still based in real experiences,

feelings and lessons.

✓ Include a clear purpose.

✓ Include and focus on details (in your life )that help convey your central theme and magnify those

✓ Explore the feelings, sentiments, and ideas of the moment.
