Guidelines:

feelings and lessons.
✓ Include a clear purpose.
✓ Include and focus on details (in your life )that help convey your central theme and magnify those
details.
✓ Explore the feelings, sentiments, and ideas of the moment.
✓ Remember to include enough details for your reader to have a better understanding of your life.
✓ Please depict and illuminate events, and avoid summarizing or retelling.
