HR Recruitment Process
- Candidate mails the resume to HR.
- HR creates a transaction in the process by entering the details Name, Address, Qualification, Experience in Years, Profile applied for, Expertise in, X
Percentage, XII Percentage, MCA / BE percentage, Comments. He also attaches Resume.
- If any of the percentage < 50 then case should automatically discarded.
- Case moves to Resume Checker. He can Approve or Decline the resume. He can raise Exception namely “Issue with Candidate”
- If Exception is raised, case will move to HR work step, where the user will clear the exception. On clearing case will again come back to Resume Checker
- On Declining, case should be discarded.
- If he selects Approve, case should move to Call For Interview.
- In Call For Interview, he will enter the Interview Date.
- Candidate will give the test. At Call For Interview, his Test Result will be updated as Pass or Fail.
- If Fail it will be discarded
- Else it will move to Interviewer
- Interviewer will enter his comments and his decision as Accept or Reject.
- Rejected case will be discarded
- Accepted case will move to Approval process
- If Salary in 10,000 – 20000 per month, approval of Group Head required
- If Salary > 20,000 per month, approval of HR Head also required
- If offer is approved, go to HR Letter Issue
- HR Letter Issue, salary and designation will be entered and an Offer Letter will be generated.
- On completing from here case will exit.
