200585 Organisational Behaviour

200585 Organisational Behaviour

Overview

200585 Organisational Behaviour Case Study Analysis Individual Report (30%)

A case study is an account of an activity, event or problem that contains a real or hypothetical situation and includes the complexities you would encounter in the workplace. Case studies are used to help you see how the complexities of real life influence decisions. Analysing a case study requires you to practice applying your knowledge and your thinking skills to a real-life situation. To learn from a case study analysis, you will need to analyse information, apply knowledge, reason and draw conclusions.

This assignment will allow you to work independently, to analyse your assigned case study based on one of the three areas of OB (individual, group or organisation) and develop viable short-term and long-term solutions You should draw upon the theories discussed in the chapter that is aligned with your case study as well as scholarly literature to form your analysis in a 1500-word (+/- 10%) case study analysis report.

Individual Report Grading

The individual report is worth 30%:

This is an individual assessment. Therefore, presentation team members must complete their case study reports independently.

Failure to attempt Assessment 2: Case Study Analysis will result in a grade of FNS (Fail Non-Submit) as it is a compulsory component of your assessment. That is, if you do not submit at least one part of this assessment, you will automatically fail the unit.
