Introduction
As a result of COVID-19, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) identified the need of an additional role to serve the purpose of collecting current data. The employee in the position of Community Liaison Officer was seconded into the position for a period of 24 months. The person hired does not have the required skills and attributes to successfully fulfill the inherent requirements of the role.
