Physical Activity, Health and Wellbeing Assignment Brief.
Assessment 1: Poster Design and written presentation of a physical activity intervention (weighted at 20%). 800 words
- Design a poster that aims to raise awareness of the importance of increasing physical activity in students and staff of CCCU.
Your aim is to create an intervention that ‘nudges’ students and staff to increase physical activity habit in the environment of the University. This will aim to reduce time spent sedentary and increase time spent moving.
The academic underpinning / rationale for your intervention should be clearly displayed as part of the poster.
The poster needs to be submitted through Turnitin. The poster should include a full list of references in accordance with the Harvard Referencing guidelines. The poster must incorporate the following:
- Title of the poster
- Introduction that highlights your intervention
- Describe your intervention that ‘nudges’ students and staff to increase physical activity habit in the environment of the University
- The academic underpinning / rationale for your intervention
- Conclusion
- A reference List of not more that 10 references of which 6 must be academic references
