1. INTRODUCTION
Your introduction should give an outline of:
- why you are writing a review, and why the topic is important
- the scope of the review — what aspects of the topic will be discussed
- the criteria used for your literature selection (e.g., type of sources used, date range)
- the overview organisation of the review.
Use Endnote (available to be downloaded from library) to insert references with Harvard style (Frenkel 2015).
Cite a figure using Word/References/Cross-reference.
Recommend 1 to 2 pages for Introduction.

2. METHODS
This section provides a brief description of the theoretical and/or experimental methods that have been used for the study of your review topic accordingly to your literature survey. It also includes the data and information analysis that you have used.

3. LITERATURE REVIEW
Each paragraph should deal with a different theme that is relevant to your review topic. You will need to evaluate and synthesise your review readings, and organise your findings/understanding into each paragraph, so that there is a clear connection between the various sources. You will need to evaluate and critically analyse each source for how they contribute to the themes of your review topic.
For each source you are reviewing, ask yourself these questions:
• What are the key findings and conclusions?
• How relevant is this article to my review topic?
• What are the differences and similarities between the sources?
• Are there any gaps in the literature that require further study?
Recommend 3-6 pages in this section.
4. CoNCLUSIONS
The conclusions should give a summary of:
- The main agreements and disagreement in the literature
- Any gaps or areas for further research
- Your overall perspective on the review topic
