- Recommendation 1 – Pathways
Bitumen pathways need to be resurfaced removing any cracks and potholes, ensuring a smooth surface for guests to walk.
- Recommendation 2 –
- Conclusion
Summarise your findings from the safety audit and give a general rating to the park with regard to Workplace Health and Safety.

Each appendix should appear on a separate page with a clear title.
5.1 Appendix 1 Fieldtrip Booklet
5.2 Appendix 2 Dreamworld Workplace Health and Safety Policy
ALTERNATIVE TASK If you did not attend the site visit to Dreamworld:
- Select another tourist attraction or business to conduct a safety audit.
- Using the headings from the Dreamworld report, develop a set of questions to ask the manager of your chosen tourism attraction/organization. The questions should be aimed at developing knowledge of the workplace health and safety policies and procedures within the organization as well as the hazards faced by employees and guests/clients, and the measures that the business has taken to minimize the risks.
- Show your teacher the set of questions before going out to the organization.
- Take notes and collect any documents that will support your report.
- Using similar headings to that for Dreamworld, write your findings up in a report.
