Project Knowledge Areas
These are the 10 Project Management Knowledge Areas (PMBOK). I am focusing on the following areas as per the two Metro Projects.
- Project Time Management : These projects is on time and the deliverables are released on deadlines.
- Project Cost Management : Both the projects are within the budget. To plan, estimate, budget, finance, and fund, manage and control costs so the project can be completed within the approved budget.

Project Methodology
- Initial studies indicates that the two projects were finished dynamically, demonstrating the use of agile methodology in projects. Agile characteristics including dynamism, transparency, customer focus, adaptability, and continuous improvement were evident in the construction and design of Metros. Each of the two projects was divided down into its component parts and completed within the allotted time frame. Due to creativity and effective project management, the projects were completed ahead of schedule.
System Structure
- An open system with a network structure was used in these projects.
