This assignment will help you consolidate your understanding of the essential elements of broader global regulatory compliance issues. You will write a presentation, explaining how they might apply to your business and taking into account the potential impact of broader issues such as data breaches, consumer rights, and how you might mitigate the associated risks. Your senior leadership team has asked that you prepare a PowerPoint presentation. This presentation will not be delivered by you so you must include concise and well-developed supporting notes for each slide.

Your company is expanding overseas and opening offices in the USA and France. What are the additional compliance issues (i.e. beyond the Australian requirements) that you will need to consider? Your report should specifically focus on: data breaches consumer rights any risk mitigation strategies you might consider. Guidelines

In addition to APPs, your presentation should show an understanding of providing assistance to law enforcement—not just the APPs and the Cybercrime Act 2001 (Cth). In addition, it should focus on international law enforcement of GDPR and US laws. You should be able to critically evaluate and analyse how they might apply in a business context (in Australia) and make recommendations for moving forward. Further details are as follows:

You should include no more than 120 words of notes per slide.

The words on the slides will not be included in the final word count.

Your presentation should be engaging.

You may wish to include images, tables, or figures.

Your presentation must be submitted in the form of a PDF document.
