Research Title:
A Hybrid Mechanism to integrate Facilities Management (maintenance management and Asset management/space design and planning) into Building Design of Schools or Hospitals in Nigeria using BIM.
Case Study could be either Schools or Hospitals
while the Facilities Management aspects should focus on at least two of the core FM activities which include mainly Space Planning and Design, Asset Management, Maintenance Management and Life Cycle.
To me, I’d prefer Maintenance Management and any other one of ( Asset Management or Space Planning and Design). Because maintenance management aspect is the most practised in my home country Nigeria.

The bulk of the work lies in the Literature review which would carry like 80% of the marks, while Introduction 10% mark and Methodology 10% mark.

* Case Study Site; It is advisable to tell the location and show map for it.

* After all the objectives have been listed, in the next line, Make sure you bring all the objectives listed/highlighted together in one paragraph with one or two or three sentences.. Kindly refer to the Objective examples docx attached

TIPS TO THIS PROPOSAL WRITE UP
* Because the Literature Review carries bulk of the Dissertation Proposal mark, Thus, the Literature Review should first be well written and detailed,then the Introduction should be deduced/extracted from the Literature Review, The introdutction will be a summary/excerpts of the literature review.
.* Write Literature Review first, then from Literature review, extract Introduction, then write the methodology as the last write up.. followed by References. Then add Table of Contents and Page numbering.
* Add pictures/tables/graphs/models where necessary
* ALso, you should use Scholars between 2019 till date but you can tap from 2017/2018
* Also,in the literature Review,you compare and contrast past literatures,their implementation, their contributions, limitations and recommednations
* Then at the closing remark/summary of the Literature review, Then discuss the ” GAP IN KNOWLEDGE COHERENTLY” Which is basically what we feel is missing.
