The purpose is also to evaluate three pillars of the scrum which include transparency, inspection as well as adaption. The desired principle that will be perfect for this pillar and the procedure that can be beneficial for the growth of the organization will be further analyzed. The method that management team uses these 12 principles to increase production and the team also utilizes these principles to develop a healthy and friendly environment in the workplace for superior progress. These principles will be very beneficial to increase the economic growth of the organization.

Main Context

Which Agile role does this principle MOST apply to – with your reasoning and backed by evidence?

The agile role that can be applied to the principle is the developers and business should work throughout the project, the better architects and the working software are the main reason for progress, the self-organizing team that works in simplicity is the art of work that can increase the quality of the amount of task that is one in the workplace of the organization. As the product owner has to fix and also select the business people and various developers that could work on the project (Sunder, 2021).

The best team should also be selected by the product owner to achieve the goal and to also promote the simplicity method in the workplace to increase productivity.

The scrum master of the organization can apply the principle that includes the development of inspiring employees and workers. A healthy and friendly environment is required for the superior growth of the company. The environment should be trustable for the employees. Regular attention to technical excellence encourages good design and agility of the work. At usual intervals, the effective method is reflected by the team in the organization by its behaviour accordingly as the duty of the scrum master is to motivating to all the members and to provide a friendly and healthy environment in the workplace and also to provide the full details about the task given to the other team members of the organization (Miler & Gaida, 2019).

The principle that is used by the development of team members to the maximum priority that fulfils the needs and requirements of the customers for the regular and fastest delivery of the product and services. The competitiveness of customers can be beneficial and also upgrades the agile processes that promote sustainable development (Miler & Gaida, 2019). The constant pace indefinitely is maintained and controlled by the various users, several developers and also the numerous sponsors who contribute to these.

The reason for choosing these principles is that due to better team development customer satisfaction can be increased and also the requirement of changes can happen and sustainable development can also be organized.

Which Agile ceremony does this principle MOST apply to – with your reasoning and backed by evidence?

The principle that can be applied for sprint planning includes the maximum priority to fulfil the needs and requirements of the customer in the regular and also the fastest delivery of the advanced working software. To offer a healthy and also friendly environment that can motivate the employees and the other people who are working in the workplace so that they can perform better or the completion of their tasks (Pramjeeth & Mutambara, 2022).

The initial stage of the agile ceremony has to ensure the requirements of the customers and the importance of the project and also to give a healthy environment for the employees so that they can perform better.

The principles that should be applied for the daily stand-up agile ceremony contain the changing demands are organized by the late development in the organization, the advantage of customer competitiveness is processed that can influence the businessman as well as the developers to work together for the development and growth of the company (Gera et al., 2019).

The second step of the agile ceremony is to take advantage of the customer’s competition by which the working method can be effective and efficient to increase productivity.

The agile ceremony that is sprint review applies the principles like the sustainable growth of the sponsors and the users and also the various developers manage the constant pace. The requirements and the designs emerge from the method of self-organizing teams.

The sprint review that is done by the scrum leader and the management team of the organization is to promote the product and sponsor. The architecture and the requirements are emerged by the self-organizing team that takes help from the scrum leader.

The sprint retrospective uses the principle such the effective and efficient method of the team that reflects the delivery of the advanced working software frequently in a couple of weeks or in a couple of months. The technique of simplicity can also be used as the principle in this topic as it can help the management team for the growth of the company (Thorgren & Caiman, 2019).

The sprint retrospective theory confirms the working software or the product fulfils the needs and demands of the customer.

How does the principle align with the three pillars of Scrum?

The pillar of the scrum is transparency is aligned with the principle of daily stand-up agile ceremony contain the changing demands organized by the late development in the organization, the advantage of customer competitiveness is processed that can influence the businessman as well as the developers to work together for the development and growth of the company (DeLeon & Tripodi, 2022).

The transparency that is done by the project owner and the scrum master is to provide the facility in the workplace and also motivate the worker to give their best.

The principles like our highest priority are to the maximum priority that fulfils the needs and requirements of the customers for the regular and fastest delivery of the product and services. The competitiveness of customers can be beneficial and also upgrades the agile processes that promote sustainable development. indefinitely, the self-organizing team emerge the best architects, design and requirements and also the effective and efficient method that are used in the workplace are also investigated by the inspection pillar of the scrum (Stahr, 2022).

The scrum leader and the management team confirm whether the method that is used in the workplace is effective or not and whether it also increases the productivity of the company.

The adaption pillar of the scrum involves the principle that includes the maximum priority to fulfil the needs and requirements of the customer in the regular and also the fastest delivery of the advanced working software. To offer a healthy and also friendly environment that can motivate the employees and the other people who are working in the workplace so that they can perform better or the completion of their tasks. And also working software is the primary measure of progress (Dutra et al., 2020).

Which principles do you believe signal that Agile is a good response to combat the effects of VUCA?

VUCA refers to Volatility, Uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. The principles like the maximum priority are to fulfil the needs and requirements of the customer in the regular and also the fastest delivery of the advanced working software. To offer a healthy and also friendly environment that can motivate the employees and the other people who are working in the workplace so that they can perform better or the completion of their tasks.

And is the best response that can conflict with the effects of the Volatility of VUCA.

The principle of agile such as the developers and business should work throughout the project, the better architects and the working software is the main reason for progress, the self-organizing team that works in simplicity, is the art of work that can increase the quality of the amount of task that is one in the workplace of the organization

Agile processes promote sustainable development and the sponsors, developers, and users should be able to maintain a constant pace indefinitely that can combat the uncertainty of VUCA (Rahy & Bass, 2020).

The complexity is the effect of VUCA that can be stopped by the principle, for instance, the principle of the maximum priority is to fulfil the needs and requirements of the customer in the regular and also the fastest delivery of the advanced working software.

To offer a healthy and also friendly environment that can motivate the employees and the other people who are working in the workplace so that they can perform better or the completion of their tasks (Bundtzen & Hinrichs, 2021).

Conclusion

The conclusion also reflects that the Agile role of the organization helped in evaluating the application of these 12 principles for the development of the organization. The various types of ceremonies of Agile were identified and the reason for selecting those principles was analyzed. It was recommended that the management team and the scrum master of the organization follow all the principles that could be applicable in the various role as well as ceremonies of the Agile approach. Also, the Agile principles that were selected could combat the numerous effects of VUCA. The VUCA which includes Volatility, Uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity were used so that the managers could maintain the effect with the help of 12 principles. According to the paper, the 12 principles could be very useful for the better development of the organization. It is strongly recommended that the Scrum master could use the applicable principles that were appropriate for the best ceremony for a better future.
