Project Overview: You are tasked with designing high-fidelity mockups for a Employer / Company review platform that serves both employers and employees/users. The platform’s goal is to provide a space where employees can share their experiences and opinions about their workplaces, while employers can showcase their company culture and respond to reviews. Your design should cover essential features and be based on thorough competitive research, similar to websites like Glassdoor and AmbitionBox. The mockups should be suitable for both mobile and web app interfaces.
Design Requirements:
Home Page:
- An inviting landing page that highlights the platform’s value proposition.
- Clear calls to action for employers to showcase their company and for users to explore reviews.
- Use enticing imagery and a balanced color scheme.
User Profile:
- A user profile page where employees can showcase their professional background and skills.
- Allow users to upload a profile picture, update their information, and manage privacy settings.
Company Profile:
- A company profile page that highlights key information such as company overview, mission, and values.
- Show employee reviews, ratings, and average scores for different aspects (work-life balance, salary, culture, etc.).
- Allow employers to respond to reviews, both positive and negative.
Job Reviews:
- Display user-submitted job reviews in an organized and easy-to-read format.
- Include features like filters (industry, location, job type) and sorting options (most recent, highest rated).
- Each review should have a star rating, pros and cons, and a detailed description.
Submit a Review:
- A user-friendly interface for submitting new job reviews.
- Guide users through different aspects to review (e.g., work environment, growth opportunities) and provide optional comment sections.
Search Functionality:
- Implement a robust search bar allowing users to find companies, job titles, or locations quickly.
- Provide suggestions and auto-complete options as users type.
Notifications:
- Create a notifications center where users can see updates on their reviews, responses from employers, and other relevant activity.
- Responsive Design:
- Ensure the mockups are responsive, catering to both mobile and web interfaces.
- Adapt layouts and elements for optimal usability on different devices.
Competitive Research:
- Study the user interfaces of Glassdoor and AmbitionBox to identify design patterns and best practices.
- Take inspiration from their layouts, typography, color schemes, and overall user experience.
