Select an image which represents your career aspirations (owning a café shop is my career aspiration)
in some way:
• Explain why and in what manner this image represents your career aspiration(s)
• Using some of the self-awareness tools in the Yellow Module, explain why this career(s) makes sense for you and what you think are the key challenges (both personal and professional) in meeting your career aspirations. You should also refer to some of the self-awareness tools (not necessarily all of them). You may also choose to refer to other factors such as your studies and any work experience you have had(Experienced: have experience in hospitality and also the owner promote myself to be a supervisor….). Please note that you are not expected to be definitive about a single career choiceStudents are expected to include a reference lists.

The emphasis is on reflection, but references to some of the self-reflective tools used in class (e.g. MBTI, Belbin) are expected. References to other sources in order to substantiate your arguments and opinions would also be useful.
