Your task:
Prepare an A3 Business Improvement Proposal for your Board of Directors to review on Thursday 24th of May 2022.
Your One Page A3 proposal is to include;
- A clear description of the problem
- A map of current situation process, indicate where waste may be identified
- Put forward which improvements should be made and what waste could be reduced.
- Show changes in the process, create another process map showing how your proposed future state will operate.
- Prepare a plan to implement your changes, include milestones for checkpoints.
