- Program Objectives
- You need to write objectives based on each category of determinant: individual, cultural, social, environmental, and health services
- Objectives need to be SMART:
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Realistic
- Time limited
- Determinant: 3-5 sentences. Needs to be referenced
- Objective: 1 sentence
- Hypothesis: provide your if-then statements linking your objectives to your goal. (Remember you can have double barrelled ifs and thens) 2-5 sentences. Your if-then statements need to be referenced.
