Introduction

The essay will ponder upon its learning over the impact of the Christian Foundation of Education on the teaching-learning process, where it will offer an in-depth knowledge regarding Christian values and philosophy as it shares a close connection with the foundation. The essay even will clarify the fact that through the mission and vision of the organization, the infants get deeply rooted in their tradition or culture. The essay further will present a clear picture of the religious education to confirm the proper process of its designing and formation through the discussion of the relevant theories for early childhood setting. Finally, the essay will refer to an overview to assess whether the protected theories can incorporate proper learning for the students.

Body

Teachers and the students are the two main pillar pod the education system where a teacher delivers, and students receive to increase their profound knowledge (Keller et al., 2016). Thereby, the process can be referred to as two ways- teaching and learning. In the two way referred process Christian foundation of Education plays an important role as it helps both teachers and students in many ways. In order to be very specific in this regard, it can be said that it offers a strong philosophy to both the participants to be engaged and enrich themselves (Bourne et al., 2017). The foundation provides strong values to the teachers to be responsible, honest towards their responsibility, whereas by being moved by it, students become more attentive, sincere towards their study, which makes the process successful ultimately. Apart from this, it can be even said that it has a direct connection with the character of the specific person. Moved by the specific values referred by it, both teachers and students become eligible to build a strong character among themselves, which further helps the teacher to convey proper behavior to the students initiating healthy wellbeing for the students. The referring even conveys the fact that from the very early childhood, the children become aware of values and other things through the proper learning process influenced by the foundation.

In this regard, it needs to be remembered that the religion Christianity does have certain influences on the teaching-learning process as it males the tracers responsible, which encourages the learning process for the students as they imbibe strong values from their respected, honest teachers. Apart from this, through the activity of the teachers regarding community service, the children from the initial stage gets accustomed to the fact that it is necessary to help each other to be a proper human being. With the passing years, they obtain a more clarified concept regarding this as they become aware of the fact they can learn from the community through a vice-versa way. Having a better lookout for the values of education, the influences can be recognized in a better way for the teaching-learning process. It influences the teaching-learning process as both teachers and students become much aware of the biblical principles, which makes them rooted towards their tradition and culture, initiating prosperity and liberty for them in the future. Further, it facilitates such type of teaching and learning where both teachers and students feel secure with the safeguard of the Biblical worldview as they become nurtured with the concept that the reference can help them out from any and every type of issue. The curriculum of the education process is more concerned with the subjects like philosophy, value, etc. as Biblical teaching is, the most important genre of the foundation thereby it incorporates teaching model where rhetoric, logic, and grammar is the main area of teaching (Bigozzi et al., 2016). The type of teaching process incorporates such a learning process where students are prepared to be the next leader for the future generation.

In order to summarize the concept of having an impact on the education process, four types of impact can be identified (Gilavand et al., 2016).

Enhancement of students’ wellbeing

The foundation incorporates such learning where the children from their early childhood secure faith for God, which directs to trust the neighbor. Through the teaching process, they learn to care and love elders to offer profound are and respect for them. Further, facilitated shared values help them to make and retain a long-lasting relationship with their peers (Othman et al., 2016). In the classroom, even they help each or offering a betterment in practicing the notion. With the discussion, it is clear that the learned qualities influenced by the foundation secure wellbeing for the students where the teacher plays the most important part to convey all the values to them.

Offers guidance and support

Through coordination with the Christian Church, the foundation influences pastoral care in the education process. Further, by acquiring a modern outlook in it, the foundation extends its arena for support and care. Through its clear objectives ad special methods, it helps te teachers to address each and every individual student fulfilling their respective demand. The support and care even make the little ones much-assued to seek help from the neighbors. The referring conveys tye fact that in the community, each and everyone is there for the other person. This even provides counseling to make the practice stronger for the students.

Character building

The Christian values and philosophy influence the students to be responsible and honest. The foundation further incorporates such type of learning where individual talent is being identified in the course of education. The referring clarifies the fact that the process helps the students to be an individual carrying their own talent. The most important significance of the foundation lies in this aspect as being an individual is the most important for a child to retain his own characteristics and specialty.

Shaping morals

Christian moral carries the notion that one needs to treat other in the way which they expect from others to be treated like. The foundation goes with the notion and influences the teaching-learning process in a way where the little ones learn to treat others properly, and the practice further helps them to abide by the moral eventually. The learning further helps them in their life.

Considering the nature of religious education, two theories can be appropriate to design or frame the curriculum of it where system theory and reinforcement theory play a major role.  According to system theory, group activities need to be performed and practiced, as helping each other in the community is the most important notion for the Christian religion. Remembering the characteristics of the theory, the course of the education needs to be designed in a way that can incorporate group learning. For the referred type of learning, the teacher needs to be efficient enough to facilitate group learning with attracting playing methods as the course is being designed for an early childhood setting (Patton et al., 2016). For facilitating group study, the course needs to have the slopes of different games as the infants can only be attracted through attractive, energetic games. Thereby, connecting dots to make a letter or finding ut the exact letter or number can be the best solution. From the initial stage to project Christianity in them, the concept of the Bible needs to be there in the course in a precise manner. The sum-up of the discussion thereby, frames or designs the course with the basic idea of the Bible and inclusion of different types of attractive games in it (Nan., 2018).

According to the reinforcement, theory quality is being assured where the teacher is the most important person to play the role. As per the theory, teachers’ competence is most important to facilitate proper learning. Concerning the character of the theory, the curriculum needs to be designed in a way where the learning environment would be favorable. Further, it needs to initiate the learning process (Uddin et al., 2017). Thereby the curriculum needs to be designed or framed by sharing cooperation with the environment. For religious education, thereby the course needs to be facilitated with the picture book through which the story of the Bible can be incorporated. The course further needs to be designed with digital learning where, through the cartoon, the Biblical concepts can be clarified to the infants as the carton is the most promising and viable media for the learning process in early childhood settings. Further inclusion of audio arrangements in the course can help the children to learn the anthem more quickly than the traditional methods of learning it (Manell et al., 2016).

Religious education had been considered s the type of training mainly focused on religion. The Christian educational foundation plays the predominant role in influencing religion-based culture among the children (Anderson, 2016). Involvement of Christian education revealed to be instructed as to the faith or doctrine. Christianity school led the student to demonstrate their understanding of the prominent truth of life. Therefore, Christianity had been revealed as the predominant factor to prevail in the effective learning of the students.

Furthermore, the Christianity foundation envelops a secure and robust foundation to develop the school community. Eventually, it had been identified as the predominant factors of the Christianity foundation to intensify the value of religious learning (Goldie, 2016). Christianity lead to generating morality among the students and also help to influence the healthy well being of the students.  Christianity educational foundation had been perceived as the significant educational foundation to teach the services, responsibility towards the students. Moreover, the inclusion of Christianity education also helps to perpetuate individuals understanding of the specific religion, practices, and beliefs. Hence it leads to formulating religious learning for the students. The system theory and the action theory had been integrated to integrate the value of theological learning framework. The system theory had been perceived as the significant theory which incorporates the value of learning together. The integration of system theory leads to demonstrate the relationship between the teacher and the learner.

Consequently, it leads to demonstrate the religious learning of the students. Hence the evolution of system theory impact on the students to generate their knowledge on the Christianity religious. Furthermore, the system theory also assists the teacher to pledge religious education extensively. It leads to demonstrate the proficiency of the teachers and enhance the learning procurement of the students. The system theory mostly concerned on learning in an unity. The group learning had plays the immersive role in integrating the value of learning among the students as it leads the students to gain knowledge accustomed (Robinson, Neergaard, Tanggaard & Krueger, 2016). The inauguration of system theory reveals to generate the leaning sharing, growing, and thinking process. Hence it enhances religious learning effectively. The reinforcement theory had been considered as another utmost theory which leads to demonstrate the Christianity education practice. The reinforce theory derived the reinforcement from intensifying the value of learner learning

Inauguration of rewarding or reinforcing enhances the capability of Christianity educational implication. The reinforced theory mostly influenced by the orientation of the teacher. The inauguration of system theory reveals to generate the leaning sharing, growing, and thinking process. Hence it enhances religious learning effectively. The requisite implication of reinforced theory leads to enhance the value of Christianity learning. Hence the inclusion of reinforced learning also helps to intensify the importance of Christian religious education for the students (Robinson, Neergaard, Tanggaard & Krueger, 2016). The predominant spiritual knowledge of the teacher leads to envelop the enhanced learning practice. Furthermore, it had been confined as the most apprehensive learning theory to embrace the religious learning of the children.

Conclusion

The essay offers its findings over the impact of Christian Foundations of Education on a teaching-learning process where certain aspects become clarified through the discussion. The discussion even proves the fact that it shares four types of positive impact in the teaching-learning process carrying the philosophy of Christian religion in it. The essay further presents a framework for the curriculum of religious education to justify its appropriateness through the proper assessment with the support of relevant theories.
