Task Summary
The assessment task requires you to reflect on your experiences in the subject MIS302: Agile Business Analysis. You will follow a weekly 6-step reflective journaling process to help you gain insights into the work that you have done. As the trimester ends, you will be asked to reflect on your learning experiences by referring to the weekly journals that you have documented from modules 1 – 10 and submit a final reflective report of 1500 words (+/- 10%) that will include the weekly journals in the Appendix.
Context
This individual assessment helps you to track your growth within this subject over the trimester. It complements your learning from class and the understanding you gain from working through the learning materials. This reflective report gives you the opportunity to communicate your understanding of how Agile Business Analysis relates to your career and future.
Task Instructions
During modules 1-10, you will have kept a brief weekly journal to record your learnings each week. Based on these weekly journals, write a 1500-word reflective report about your experience. You will be expected to explore your progressive feelings, how you evaluated and analysed these feelings, what conclusions you drew – and how this led to positive learning outcomes through your development of a weekly action plan for an improved experience the next week. You are required to include a copy of your weekly journals in the Appendix of the report and refer to the Assessment Rubric to ensure that you address all the assessment criteria.

Report Structure
You are required to complete this assessment in a report format using the following headings:
- Introduction (~150 words)
- Timeline – a graphical representation the topics and associated concepts covered in each week. (no word count allocation)
- Feelings – what were you feeling each week? How did your reflection process contribute to our feelings over the course of the modules? What progress did you make? What went well, what did not as well, and what would you do differently next time?
- Evaluation, Analysis & Conclusion about the learning experience – how did evaluating and analysing your learning experience allow you to reach conclusions about how your learning was progressing?
- Action Planning – how effective was your action planning? Were you able to implement your action plans? On one hand, which actions were more successful, and which were less successful? Why do you think that this is the case?
- Conclusion (~150 words)

Very important – simply describing what you have done each week will not be enough to pass this assessment. You are expected to explore and examine have you have felt and examine how evaluating and analysing your experience allowed you to improve via the action planning process on a week-by-week basis.
Format
The report should use font Arial or Calibri 11 point, should be line spaced at 1.15 for ease of reading with page numbers at the bottom of each page.
