Drawing on theories of labour relations, critically compare and contrast labour relations in two countries that you are familiar with, commenting on: the prevalence of trade unions; industrial action and the fair treatment of workers.
Question Three (1,000 words) – Performance management of expats
Critically evaluate the general difficulties associated with expatriate performance management and identify and discuss how these difficulties can be overcome.
