1.     Introduction

The primary purpose of the report is to prepare a project management plan for the Royal Melbourne Show while outlining the key project management concepts. The context and the main objectives of this event will be described in this paper. The project scope of the show, the key deliverables, and the milestones, are discussed in this paper. This study also contains the success criteria and the requirements of the show that can make the event successful will be also mentioned.
