1.     Introduction

The primary purpose of the report is to prepare a project management plan for the Royal Melbourne Show while outlining the key project management concepts. The context and the main objectives of this event will be described in this paper. The project scope of the show, the key deliverables, and the milestones, are discussed in this paper. This study also contains the success criteria and the requirements of the show that can make the event successful will be also mentioned. Following this the main risk that can harm the success of the show will be outlined. The absence of arrangement of a hygienic environment and lack of proper facilities for the people can also reduce the number of customers. The deficiency of public transport and traffic management system can be a risk to the show that can reduce the number of customers who wants to enjoy the show and also the venue risk of the show can also make the show unsuccessful. The risk of unpredictable weather can also harm the Melbourne Royal show and this can cause harass the crowd (Barghi, 2020). The staff and voluntary safety are also very important in the event as they play a very critical role in the success of the event.

These risks can be reduced by following the rules and regulations of all the safety measures. The organizing process of this event must be according to the instructions for the welfare of the public. The security guards should be associated with the event so that they can manage and control the public crowd and can also remove the disturbing element for the better success of the event.

The environment inside the show must be friendly and the Australian people can be comfortable and feel safe inside the Melbourne Royal Show. The security of the children participating in the show and their caring process should be in a proper way. The entertainment activities should be planned in a proper manner so that the organizing team can reduce the risk of the event.
